Vision

All students at Lancaster Elementary school acquire empathy, social responsibility and critical thinking skills that enable them to be contributing members of society through navigating challenges with grit and resilience ensuring college and career readiness in two or more fluent languages. Aiming for achievement with the appreciation of diversity, self awareness and self confidence will warrant our students to become well rounded, successful citizens.

Mission

The school counseling program at Lancaster Elementary will provide an equitable atmosphere of security, warmth and encouragement as students work to reach their full potential in the areas of academic, career and social emotional development. Through participation in a comprehensive school counseling program, all students will become responsible learners prepared to become successful productive citizens who are able to compete in a 21st century career and college environment and reach high achievement in real world challenges.
